Instructions:
1. Clean your nipples to remove body oils and skin residue. Dry your nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the nipple petal covers, one side at a time. Make sure that when applying, your nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. If you are not satisfied with the result, peel off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple shield onto the skin.
Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, nails or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean your nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a mild liquid soap.
2. Wash nipple shields by hand and do not dry them in the sun.
