Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Couples Vibes , we respect your right to return and exchange, in accordance with European Union regulations. Our policy is valid for up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, exceptions apply for intimate items, as detailed below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in new, unused condition, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Contain the original packaging intact and sealed (intimate items with open packaging are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects).
  • Present receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions to Returns

For hygiene and health reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened or tampered with, except in cases of proven defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: The amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method or bank account within 10 to 14 business days , depending on your financial institution.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to the sender.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated period:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card issuer or bank.
  2. If the problem persists, please contact us at info @couplesvibes .com .

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please send an email to info @couplesvibes .com with details and images of the defective or damaged item.

Shipping for Returns or Exchanges

  1. To start the process, please email info@couplesvibes.com and we will provide you with shipping instructions.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Submission Guidelines

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for returned items, especially for amounts over €100. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
  • The time it takes to ship your replacement product may vary depending on your location.
