Deadline for Order Cancellation:
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal provided for by European Union legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product , without the need to provide justification.

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email at info@couplesvibes.com , providing your order number and relevant details to expedite processing.

Cancellation after shipping:
If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it directly. In this case, you must receive the package and follow our Returns and Exchanges Policy to request a refund.

Refunds

For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Contain the original packaging intact and sealed (in the case of products for intimate use, the packaging cannot be tampered with).
• Inform your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Full Money Back Guarantee:
We offer full refunds for products that have manufacturing defects or were damaged during shipping. In these cases, please contact us immediately upon receipt, sending photos and details for evaluation.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team at info@couplesvibes.com . We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Return Costs:

• Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defects or errors on our part in shipping.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days , depending on the bank's processing time.

Exceptions to Refund

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

1. Items with Broken Packaging:
   Intimate products cannot be returned or refunded if the original packaging has been opened, except in cases of defect.

2. Incorrect Shipping Address:
   We are not responsible for packages that do not reach the recipient due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

3. Late Orders:
   The refund request must be made within the legal period of 14 days after receipt of the product . Requests outside this period will not be accepted.
